During this inspection, Mr. Marco’s team conducted a comprehensive and strict audit focusing on three core aspects: product quality, production workflows and qualification certifications, accompanied and explained by our technical management team throughout the whole process.In the raw material assessment, Mr. Marco carefully reviewed the test reports of EVA raw materials, confirming that all materials fully meet the EU EN71 environmental and safety standards. Free of peculiar odor and hazardous heavy metals, our raw materials guarantee product safety from the source and perfectly satisfy the strict environmental requirements of the Italian market.The delegation then toured our production workshop to observe the entire manufacturing process, including foaming, cutting, embossing and splicing of EVA foam mats. For our mainstream products, conventional specifications such as 30301.2cm and 60601.2cm maintain high precision with dimension errors controlled within a reasonable range, featuring smooth and burr-free edges.In the random sampling inspection of finished goods, multiple batches and various specifications of EVA mats were tested in key performance indicators including shock absorption, wear resistance, waterproof performance and environmental protection. All sampled products met international export standards with zero quality defects. Meanwhile, we presented complete qualification documents including ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and REACH Environmental Certification, further verifying the compliance and reliability of our products.
