Mid-Autumn Full Moon: Crafting Every Premium Mat with Artisan Dedication
The Mid-Autumn Festival, celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month, is the most tender festival in Chinese culture. The full moon symbolizes reunion and wholeness; mooncakes are prized for their delicate, well-defined layers and perfectly balanced texture, as people across thousands of miles gaze upon the same bright moon.
For Guangxi Honloy, Mid-Autumn is more than a cultural memory — it is a reflection of our unwavering pursuit of perfection as an EVA floor mat manufacturer.
A fine mooncake features a thin wrapper, rich filling and distinct layers, perfected only with precise temperature control. The same philosophy applies to how we make interlocking EVA floor mats.
From EVA foaming formulation R&D and high-temperature compression molding, to cutting, embossing, quality inspection and packaging, every single mat goes through dozens of production steps. We enforce strict quality control checkpoints at every stage: uniform density testing, resilience verification, odor-free inspection, interlocking precision tolerance… Just like master craftsmen tending to mooncake ovens, our QC teams oversee every production line, turning “good enough” into “just right”.
Behind this dedication lies years of refined, hard-earned strength. As a manufacturer deeply rooted in the EVA mat industry, we have built a fully in-house production system from raw materials to finished products. We offer OEM/ODM customization services, serving brand owners, supermarket chains and project clients across multiple countries and regions worldwide.
Our experienced R&D and sampling team supports rapid customization in color, texture, thickness, size and packaging, delivering stable one-stop capabilities from design to samples, and from samples to bulk production.
We have obtained ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and BSCI certifications. We have also proactively completed EU PPWR packaging heavy metal testing and 375-item PFAS screening.
The full moon stands for reunion, and Floor Mats lay the very stage for those precious moments: babies crawling and taking their first steps, families playing, exercising, and sitting together on the floor.
What we strive to create is exactly such a warm, thoughtful product — eco-friendly, non-toxic, comfortable underfoot, and durable, silently guarding every family's joyful gatherings.
Looking ahead, Guangxi Honloy will continue to bring safer, greener and more diverse EVA floor mats to the world. As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, Guangxi Honloy extends our sincerest gratitude and best wishes to every global customer and partner.
